Please be respectful of my time in the shop. If you need to cancel, please try to do so at least 24 hours in advance. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for cancelations that are less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time. If it’s a genuine emergency, the deposit can be moved to a different date 1 time. Otherwise, the deposit is nonrefundable. For clients that “no call, no show” you will be charged 60% of your appointment total.
